Wi-Fi services provided by WiBLAST work via radio wave transmissions that are broadcast on public airways between your Unit and the nearest access point. Your use of a WiBLAST Wi-Fi service may allow others to have unauthorized access to your Unit or monitor or intercept your data transmissions between your Unit and the access point. As such, privacy cannot be guaranteed, and WiBLAST and its affiliates and suppliers shall not be liable to you for any lack of privacy you experience while using the Wi-Fi service. You can configure your Unit and secure it with additional levels of security and privacy protection, using hardware and/or software, but WiBLAST is not responsible for providing such protections.

Collection of Non-Identifying Information

WiBLAST reserves the right to collect non-identifying information including, but not limited to, IP addresses, referrers, search strings, and other such information. This information is generally collected through the use of technologies such as "cookies" and web site traffic log files. WiBLAST reserves the right to gather this information for the limited purpose of determining customer service and web site needs. WiBLAST does not combine information collected in this way with any personally-identifiable information.

Security of Information

We take great care to ensure that your information is protected during transit and after reception. All information gathered or submitted is done using WiBLAST and its affiliate servers and is not visible to any third party. Once collected, the information is stored in a secure database and password protected. WiBLAST takes information security very seriously and takes all precautions to protect said information. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Notice. The nature of the Wi-Fi services precludes assurance of the security of any information or data you disclose using the service.

WiBLAST uses advertising companies to deliver ads on some WiBLAST Web sites. The advertising companies may also receive some anonymous information about ad viewing by Internet users on WiBLAST Web sites and other Internet sites. This information may be associated with a customer's Web browser, but cannot be associated with a name or e-mail address without the customer's permission.
