Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on internet connectivity using documented procedures and tools.
  • Manage resources and processes to meet our customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Resolve customer problems within target timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, assess and reports customer satisfaction levels.
  • Update and inform customers about product line and service offerings, current products and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and customer relations skills.
  • Strong knowledge of software, hardware, network cards, hubs/routers/bridges.
  • Current skills or certification (desirable) in the following areas: Computer network systems, Wireless communications, Network management, Complex network troubleshooting.
