Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on internet connectivity using documented procedures and tools.
- Manage resources and processes to meet our customer satisfaction objectives.
- Resolve customer problems within target timeframes.
- Maintain accurate call logs, assess and reports customer satisfaction levels.
- Update and inform customers about product line and service offerings, current products and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent problem solving and customer relations skills.
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware, network cards, hubs/routers/bridges.
- Current skills or certification (desirable) in the following areas: Computer network systems, Wireless communications, Network management, Complex network troubleshooting.
